Q-SYS is introducing the Core 24f, a Q-SYS network + analog I/O processor. For Core 24f product information, click here. This product comes with a 3-year manufacturer’s limited warranty.

Please contact QSC for service instructions. This product is currently not serviceable. This product will become serviceable after the next 90 days once service content is available from the Service Partner Portal and spare parts are available on the Parts Store.

Q-SYS is introducing the Server Core X20r, a Q-SYS network I/O processor. For Server Core X20r product information, click here.

This product comes with a 3-year manufacturer’s limited warranty. It is serviceable ONLY at the QSC factory.

If you receive a request for repair, follow these instructions to assist the customer:

  1. If you are not a Q-SYS dealer, then refer the customer to the original place of purchase.
  2. If you are a service center and a Q-SYS dealer, and the customer purchased the unit from you, then create a case at https://support.qsys.com/contact-us and obtain the return repair instructions from QSC.
  3. Otherwise, please refer the customer to Q-SYS by creating a case at https://support.qsys.com/contact-us.

  1. If you are not a Q-SYS dealer, then refer the customer to the original place of purchase.
  2. If you are a service center and a Q-SYS dealer, and the customer purchased the unit from you, then replace the unit from your stock. Please create a case at https://support.qsys.com/contact-us and obtain the return instructions from QSC. Once we receive the faulty unit, we will issue a credit to your account for the faulty unit.
  3. Otherwise, please refer the customer to Q-SYS by creating a case at https://support.qsys.com/contact-us.
