Dear Service Partner,

Q-SYS is introducing the NV-1-H-WE, part of the Q-SYS Video NV Series. For NV-1-H-WE product information, click here.

This product comes with a 3-year manufacturer’s limited warranty. It is not serviceable. If you receive a request for repair, follow the below instructions to assist the customer:

  • If you are not a Q-SYS dealer, then refer the customer to the original place of purchase.
  • If you are a service center and a Q-SYS dealer, and the customer purchased the unit from you, then please replace the unit from your stock and send the faulty unit back to a QSC Service Center nearest you. You will need to request an RMA from Customer Care. Once we receive the faulty unit, we will issue a credit to your account for the faulty unit.
