QSC Audio has enhanced customer support with a dedicated team of specialists worldwide. They are here to assist with the selection and implementation of QSC products into your project.
The AET team includes staff with specialized experience to provide guidance for a wide range of projects such as large to medium scale installations, live performance, concert/production, and public address systems. They have extensive knowledge of network audio, digital signal processing, power amplification, and loudspeakers.
Choices for Assistance:
Project Review
QSC will review your current system design and provide guidance on the proper placement and application of our products. This includes review of your EASE, EASE Focus, EASE Address project files.
Project Conversion
QSC will review a competitors' current system design and provide guidance on alternative solutions based upon QSC products.
Q-Sys or Basis Digital Programming Review
QSC will review or provide assistance with Q-Sys or Basis processor programming for system designs. Q-Sys opportunities will require a Q-Sys Level 1 Certification prior to installation.
Basic System Recommendation*
QSC will provide a basic system solution based on your submitted data. This will include a document outlining the proper loudspeaker selection, signal processing, and power amplification for the design. This document can include computer simulation loudspeaker coverage mappings.
Advanced System Recommendation*
QSC will review an advanced system solution based on your submitted data. Including documentation with EASE 3D room simulation mappings showing direct field audience coverage. This document will include proper loudspeaker selection, signal processing, and power amplification for the design.

You will be contacted by an AET associate to review your information. At that time, you will be assigned a specialist, provided further details and given a completion date.
* For a Basic or Advanced System Recommendation, please accompany this form with the necessary data to fulfill one of the following options:
A. Scalable AutoCAD, pictures, or other drawing of the floor plan showing all audience areas and at least one elevation section front to back showing possible loudspeaker mounting locations.
B. A floorplan sketch with all dimensions labeled showing all audience areas and at least one section front to back showing elevations and possible loudspeaker mounting locations.
What services are NOT offered by QSC AET:
- Bid documentation.
- Acoustical recommendations or consultation.
- Selection of non-QSC products.
- Consultation on power loads, conduit layouts, or any electrical requirements.
- Rigging recommendations or documentation.
