The centerpiece of the QSC small cinema solution
is the SC-2150 Screen Channel Loudspeaker, a
very compact loudspeaker system that delivers
deep bass and clean, clear dialog. Just over a
foot deep, the SC-2150 installs easily behind the
screen where other systems just won’t fit. It might
even save enough space for another
row of seating. With two 15" (381 mm)
woofers and a mid-high frequency system
that quickly attaches to the bass cabinet
with just three bolts, the system delivers
smooth, clean response all over the room.
The SC-2150 makes life easy for cinema operators.
The built-in passive crossover is switchable for
bi-amp or full passive operation, eliminating the
need for multiple models. Internal circuitry protects
the high-frequency and mid-frequency drivers from
over-powering, easily handling dynamic,
uncompressed digital soundtracks. And
aiming the system is a breeze with
the patented* QSC CineSight. With
3-way performance for the price
of competitive 2-way systems, QSC
quality is more affordable than ever.
Raising the Bar
QSC didn't stop with the main speakers.
Companion surround speakers offer the same
thoughtful approach to performance and installation.
The SR-8100 starts with high-quality components
designed for smooth response, high power handling
and incredible dynamic range. These components
are housed in a sturdy, non-resonant MDF cabinet
for great low frequency performance. Plus, QSC
designers made sure the surround speakers will
keep on working by adding internal limiter circuitry
designed to protect the components even when
they're pushed to the max.
